At PureNile your satisfaction is our main priority, and we want to make sure that you are truly satisfied with your purchase. This is why we have extended our return policy to allow you to return or exchange your item(s) up until January 15th 2020 for purchases that have been made from November 15th 2017 up to December 14th 2017. If you place your order before November 15th or after December 14th, our normal 30 day return policy will apply.
For example, if you place your order on November 25th, you have until January 15th to return the order. If you place your order on December 14th, you have until January 15th. If you place your order on December 16th, you have until January 16th.
- All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
- Products that have been worn, damaged or altered are not refundable, and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
- Free gifts that were included in the purchase must also be returned.
- Diamonds and other items that included a Diamond Certificate must be returned with the original Certificate. If the certificate is not included we must deduct $300 per certificate, from the amount being refunded.
- Engraved items are non-refundable
- Special, custom made, and design-your own items are not refundable
- Packages must be received at our office no later than January 15th 2020.
- Gift Cards are not returnable.
- Although we do offer free shipping, we do incur the cost of shipping for every order. Therefore, we do not refund our shipping cost.
